3-hour Private Custom Bareboat Charter

Service Description
Terms and Conditions: Charter one of our vessels for $100 per hour and $25 per hour in fuel as mandated by the bareboat charter process. Please be sure to select "required pre-paid fuel" in add-ons. We do require a US Coast Guard credentialed captain at the helm at all times. While we cannot mandate a specific captain, we do have a list of captains available for you to choose from or choose the first available who will be paid the day of your trip at a rate of $50 per hour and is on our insurance. Be sure to select "required fee to captain" in add ons. This captain is employed by you, and paid directly by you via this line item. This payment goes into escrow and we facilate transfer of your captain payment directly to the captain on your behalf. No fee is taken out of this payment. Additionally you can choose to provide your own captain who must be compliant with the requirements above and additionally who has local knowledge in order to be approved, as well as provide insurance appropriate for your trip.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit paid is a seperate transaction that is held exclusively for the Captains Pay in escrow and will be paid directly to the captain on the day of the trip on your behalf with zero fees taken out of it. It also serves to secure your trip and is not intermingled with the proceeds or boat owners payout. This deposit amount will become non-refundable 72 hours out from your reservation in circumstances of voluntarily cancelation and refunded in full in case of inclement weather cancelation. Weather cancelations and impacts are fully refundable up to and including the day of your trip until departure from dock at which point it will be partially refundable and addressed on a case by case basis. Trips must be paid in full prior to departure from dock on day of trip.
